Returns, exchanges and refunds — Gulf countries

Request a return or size exchange within 15 calendar days after delivery. Email irrakids@gmail.com with your order number and reason, and wait for our return instructions and address before shipping an item.

Return items in their original condition, with original packaging and all accessories.

Return shipping

For a change of mind or a size chosen incorrectly by the customer, the customer pays tracked return shipping and any replacement delivery charge agreed before an exchange. If we sent an incorrect item, or an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us promptly. We will arrange or reimburse return and replacement shipping for our error.

Exceptions

Gift cards and sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns where permitted by local law. This does not limit your rights for faulty, damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the item. Your bank may take longer to post the refund. The original delivery charge is not refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires it.
