For deliveries to Gulf countries, request a return or size exchange within 15 calendar days of delivery. Contact irrakids@gmail.com for instructions. Return shipping for change of mind or a size chosen incorrectly is paid by the customer; we cover shipping for our error or a damaged or defective item.

Shipping to Gulf countries: Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days after dispatch. Standard shipping is the checkout equivalent of USD 4.99 below the equivalent of USD 40; free standard shipping starts at the equivalent of USD 40. Final charges appear at checkout.

Returns and exchanges: Request within 15 calendar days of delivery. For a change of mind or an incorrect size choice, you pay tracked return shipping. We cover return and replacement shipping when an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Contact irrakids@gmail.com before sending it back. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt.
